Because he loves to explore so much he gets exposed to radioactivity and gains the ability to shoot lasers out of his mouth. He learns to fly and tours the globe, fighting Ukrainian, Hawaiian, and American Crime. Laser Kitten is his alias and he loves to save the lives of millions, every day. I'm quite sure that is what he does while I am gone but who knows. Someday though I'm going to catch him in the act and learn of his true intentions...
