Why is it that their are no instrument-playing games or whatever that can actually teach you how to play a guitar or drums or whatever. Is it because people don't want to be horrible the first several weeks of play? Perhaps. Also in case you didn't know Christopher Columbus was a total turd face. Now random video game facts, did you know Super Mario Bros was almost a shooter?

Did you know Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time was originally going to be a First Person Game?

Mario Bros 2 wasn't actually supposed to be a Mario game. And finally, Batman Arkham Asylum was going to be a Rhythm Game. Pretty awesome.

Blogpost numero 105

So my brother is gone and I'm happy, though he's coming back on Friday :( and in Friday my best friend us going torture me with debate work. I'm "really" excited. Oh yeah, I'm doing debate... and so that's a thing. I'm also writing this on the computer I built over the summer which is pretty awesome on my new desk sitting in my new chair. So the Sounders won the US Open Cup and some crazy person got me soaked in some alcoholic thing which was pretty "awesome" so that's a thing. I've not posted anything for a while on my blog but now I am so yay! And... that's about it.

So not much else was shown that I REALLY care about in E3, and nothing has really been happening so here is a (fake) letter I wrote to my Principal (My mom):

Dear Principal (Mom),

            I have a problem with how much “schoolwork” there is in my current academic routine. I believe this can easily be fixed by starting Summer early and forgetting all the crap we have to do this year J. When next year comes around perhaps you could limit it to 5 math problems a week? These are just ideas that I personally agree with so you can change them, (SLIGHTLY!) And finally, thanks for reading my letter. :D

Now to talk, so quite a few big games were showcased. As well as some crappy ones :(, but anyways, these are in my opinion the biggest ones, there are several other games shown but these look the most promising. First off, is Skyrim... which is amazing in every way. Like, seriously, you can FIGHT ENORMOUS DRAGONS at level 1. Excuse me, you can be UTTERLY DESTROYED BY ENORMOUS DRAGONS at level 1. And all of the new features and graphics and EVERYTHING looks amazing. Assassin's Creed Revelations looks awesome as well, with several new features shown to accompany the growing game info database in my brain. And finally, Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary Edition is basically a remake with better graphics and animation quality, where you can also switch back to the ORIGINAL Halo 1 graphics on the fly. More info will be in when I find it.

So, Marcus is ruining some chairs at the moment, and my brother left to go somewhere for 5 days :D. Marcus just crashed into something and it made a rather loud noise. I'm bored at the moment. Skyrim Literal Trailer Hooray! A new literal trailer from Tobuscus! In other news, I recently discovered a game by the name of "Space Pirates and Zombies" now don't worry, the name actually makes sense. It's a top down free roaming space shooter, where you generate a galaxy and then go and try to get to the center of it fighting two other factions to get there. There is ship customization as well as zombies... the zombies have somehow taken control of spaceships and will fight against you, and if the ship jettisons it's zombie crew, they will float around and if they hit your ship while it's shields are down they will take it over, unless you have a large enough crew to fight them off. You can get it at spacepiratesandzombies.com It is currently on sale for $15. I also discovered a game called "Desktop Dungeons" a REALLY hard dungeon crawler, you can get that here:  QCFDesign.com for the low price of $0.

So...

     So... I am a dwarf and I'm digging hole, diggy diggy hole, I'm digging a hole. Anyway, a mod I really enjoy for Mount and Blade was just updated and it's fun, I've been playing some Dungeon Siege recently which has also been fun. I also downloaded 3 portal campaigns, one of which has a REALLY hard test chamber.      So basically it is this wide open room where no portals can be placed, there is a medium drop to the ground which is covered in fire. The exit is closed and there is a button to your left inside the room and a storage cube across the chasm(?) on a platform by the exit. There is no floor, it is created as you walk, so basically you have to get the cube onto the button an then go through the door! Simple, right? WRONG! As soon as you enter the room, 20-30 rocket turrets come out of the walls on both sides of you. So now you have to run across as rocket turrets are shooting at you the ground is generating as you walk you grab the cube turn run back to the buttondrop the cube on the button then turn and jump through the door as the last 2 or 3 steps don't generate. Let's just say... I'm stuck.
     I also downloaded a couple of source mods,   Battlegrounds 2 which is basically a civil war multiplayer game. Dear Esther, which is sort of a book inside a game, there is really no gameplay except exploring a deserted island and listening as the story is told. Dino D-Day though this is actually only the demo, but the basic premise is that Hitler resurrected dinosaurs and uses them in his conquest for world domination. Fistful of Frags, a western multiplayer game. And Smokin Guns, another western multiplayer game.

Changing Two Words

So today I'm doing something were I have to rewrite "Serge opened his birthday present" 6 times because it's in the book meant to help me in my quest in writing about random things.
1. Serge opened his cellar door. 2. Serge ate his birthday cake. 3. Serge enjoyed his Christmas Present. 4. Serge destroyed his Christmas Cookie. 5. Serge attacked his birthday clown. 6. Steve liked his birthday present.

And now a short story. Once upon a time there was a chicken and a wolf and the wolf nommed the chicken. Little did the wolf know this was an evil and crafty chicken and the wolf had eaten a clone so he fails. The end.

And now I will write about where I would set a scary story:
Once upon a time on a scay day the gummy bear army slowly approached the fluffy bunny castle. As the gummy bears marched, they were groaning and drooling over their cake while the fluffy bunnies sat and drank tea. Meanwhile the horrid king, Fluffy-Uffy-Flufferton gave all of his subjects rainbows.

And that my friends. Is a horror story.

I'm excited for my brother to leave for 9 days on his search and rescue thingybuhoo... I cant think of ANYTHING else to write about... what a fail. Oh wait, here we go! Pit Bulls are big. Politicians can be stupid sometimes. Protractors are useful for measuring angles. Pears are yummier than apples. The man  was so excitingly excited he skulked around. He went in the tube yelling "ouch!" while spluttering.

So, I leke cheese, though it isn't the best food ever, for the best food. If you consider dessert food. Random

So today or tomorrow I will be getting the first two Splinter Cell books,and when my brother finishes Splinter Cell: Conviction, probably today seeing as he's close to the end. We will do the co-op story, and I hope, some of the other Deniable Ops, It will be nice to have no lag and to find a game immediately, because unfortunately not many people play it anymore and they usually lag out when I get into a game. Other than that I am going to eat an Asiago Cheese Bagel after this blog post. I am excited for Notch (see below) to do his live Q&A later today. Any way that's it and here is the thing to see below

Super Bowl and Stuff

So I watched the Super Bowl.... and man they had some good commercials as well as a totally (not) wonderful peformance of the National Anthem by Christina Aguilera, I mean seriously she has a crazy good screaming capability! Train of Thought Post

So earlier today I did a book club between me, my bro, my mom, and the Donkas it was about Fahrenheit 451, it was an interesting book. Socks are annoying and I am hungry, even though I had two slices of banana bread, and a scone covered in whip cream. I'm probably going to make myself some pasta after this blog post. I don't know how to play any musical instruments. Annoying Orange,  asdfmovie 3, asdfmovie, asdfmovie2 isn't that funny. A Wipeout failure here, more wipeout stuff, winter wipeout stuff and aliens destroying people! That's it for today but tune in next week...

A New Idea

So I decided to do a train of thought post every Friday, but since I didn't even have a post onFriday I'll do it today.

So, yesterday me and my brother went to a friend's house where we hung out for a while, and it was fun. Recently I have reinstalled and have been playing A LOT of Dungeon Siege 2. I also got back into mount and blade yesterday(?). Dr. Jones likes his stringy, and Kenji is tired from his hour and a half of playtime, and wet, thanks to the "beautiful" Seattle weather, and Marcus is as squishy as ever. Oh ad Dr. Jones can open the drawer with the silverware, and he is obsessed with the recycling, though he can't get to the cookie jar now that it is in the pantry. I see a big water bottle outside. Dr. Jones is squipping. We also rearranged the furniture in the living room... running out of things to talk about... Now I am going to close my eyes ad tell you the first thing I focus on... a thing for feeding your dog while you're, "on the go." Minecraft is now Beta... I'm OUT
